Key experience requirements:

• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, Google, web services / APIs​
• Coding/scripting experience in Python, Perl and PowerShell ​
• Will need strong technical skills on either Linux/UNIX operating systems​
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and automated testing with Jenkins​
• Good to have experience in UI development, cloud-native security and DB SQL commands​
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles and working practices
• Hands-on experience in developing scalable infrastructure and platform services
• Well versed with build & release automation and used continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
• Hands-on experience using configuration management tools – GitHub and Artifactory
• Used JIRA, for task management bug tracking and Change Management.
• Extensive hands-on experience in DevOps tasks which include and not limited to building, configuring and deployments to many servers using configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible and other technologies.
• Expertise in generating test harness scripts and writing build scripts for many projects.
• Extensive experience in developing projects using Agile software methodology and as a SCRUM Master actively participated in SCRUM, SPRINT planning, daily standups and retrospectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience with computer systems or networking
• Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades
• Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures
• Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures

Other Qualifications:

• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
• Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
