Job Description:

• Handles customer inquiries via phone, email or chat regarding technical issues.
• Networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Extensive problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• -OS: - Windows 7,8,10 - Advanced troubleshooting
• Windows Server- Advanced knowledge
• IIS, Apache, Tomcat, DHCP, LDAP, Virtualization (VMWare), DNS, Web service, Group policies
• Database: - DB2/SQL – should be able to write queries
• Install-upgrade database. Backup and restore, performance tuning, reorg, runstats, tablespace
• Storage: Tivoli storage manager, Hitachi storage manager, NAS, SAN, Tape drives
• Analyzing and understanding application/Event viewer/Network logs

Primary Skills:

• Knowledge of HL7/DICOM will be a Plus
• Experience troubleshooting medical domain application(RIS) will be a Plus 

Secondary Skills:

• Candidate should be willing to work in 24/7 environment 
• Ready for work from office
• Good communication skills (verbal & Written)
