Your Responsibilities:

• Create change and remove users.
• Update Roles and Regular review of user base (>700) Implement changes in the planning architecture and application, add new labels, milestones or tasks.
• Implement changes in planning templates and implement new revisions in the productive system.
• Perform the necessary verifications tests in and prepare and rollout application changes Failure investigation and troubleshooting.
• Verify and manage tickets from users and perform Root cause analysis and define actions.
• Support users in questions Create requests for application design changes.
• Create change requests for application changes and manage the data gateway.
• Manage the PowerBI Data Gateway Update and change application documentation and update and change the application documentation based on SharePoint and teams.

Your background:

• Any graduation (Science, Computer applications, Engineering) min 3 years relevant experience in Project environment with hands on experience in SQL and Power BI.
• Proficient knowledge client server applications under Windows and SQL
• Hands-on experience in PowerBI. Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, charts or Excel dashboards.
• Proven expertise in handling live connections of data with different systems.
• Exposure and work experience with Python is added advantage.
• Self-motivated, willingness to take up and lead new challenges, excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
