Mphasis invites applications for the post of Trainee Transaction Processing Executive/Officer (Non-Voice) to handle Capital Market Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client). The appointment is for a full-time, permanent role, and candidates will be required to work from the office in Mangalore.

As per the Mphasis Wallkins 2025 Notification, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a strong understanding of Stock Market and Capital Market Concepts are eligible to apply. Candidates with international non-voice process experience will be given preference.

The selection process will be based on a walk-in interview, where candidates will be evaluated based on their communication skills and knowledge of financial concepts.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹1.75 Lacs and ₹2.75 Lacs P.A., along with a two-way cab facility.

Job Location & Shift Details

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Capital Market Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account.
• Ensure 100% accuracy, as errors may financially impact clients.
• Understand financial concepts, investments, calculations, and accounting methods.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and quick learning abilities.
• Be flexible for overtime (OT) if required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Macros, and Email Drafting).
• Excellent communication skills to attend client calls and onshore training.
