Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for questions related to contingent labor with users regularly via ticketing system, email, phone, IM, video conferencing, and/or in-person
Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures for administration support of contingent labor program for all users – offering level 1 support to users
Provide and assist with troubleshooting to resolve various topics or problems as they arise in support of contingent labor. This includes, but not limited to, researching and resolving system-related problems (ie: PO/payment/invoice inquiries, extensions and change orders), working with various support teams (ie: Category Manager, Procurement Contracts, Global IT support and services team), unexpected results or process flaws (ie: compliance checks/audit support); administering/recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements (ie: surveys, scorecards, enhancement request)
Identify and recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy & others.

Key Skills:
Knowledge, understanding and experience with HR ERP and contingent labor vendor management systems (VMS) or data management tools. Previous HCM or VMS experience is a plus!
Fluency with standard work technology and software, including databases, and the capacity to quickly master new technology, as needed.
High-level experience with MS Office suite – WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
Effective communication both written and verbal with colleagues in a diverse, human-centered work environment.
Ability to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
Ability to document requirements and processes.
