Odisha Sub- Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC), Govt. of Odisha.

In latest employment notification, the OSSSC announces job vacancies for Excise Constable posts on contract basis to fill 219 positions for Excise Department, in reference to Advertisement No – IIE-68/2017-910(C)/OSSSC.

Under OSSSC Excise Constable Recruitment 2018, candidates completed High School and have Odia language skills can apply.

On basis of Physical Standard Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test, Educational Achievement and Written Test, aspirant for OSSSC Excise Constable post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited with a salary in pay scale of Rs. 5,200 - Rs. 20,200 per month + Grade Pay.

Eligibility Criteria For OSSSC Posts:

Age Limit:

As on the 01-01-2018, candidate age limit should be 21 to 32 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should High School from a recognized institute, should have Odia language skills.

Selection Process:

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 100.

SC/ST are exempted from paying a fee.
