Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, invites applications for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Scientific Administrative Assistant positions under the DNSRUM Project titled "Development of Nutrition-rich Supplement Rice Using Millets." The positions are purely on a contractual basis.

In accordance with the OUAT Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications in Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, or relevant Science disciplines are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on a walk-in interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs.37000 + 18% HRA and Rs.18000, depending on the position.

Eligibility Criteria OUAT JRF and Scientific Administrative Assistant Posts:

Name of the Posts:

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 1 Post
• Scientific Administrative Assistant: 1 Post

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Women candidates)

Educational Qualifications:

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
  • M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering/Food Engineering/Food Technology.
  • Desirable: Work experience in food engineering projects or food-related industries.
• Scientific Administrative Assistant:
  • Graduate in Science (preferably Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food & Nutrition).
  • Desirable: Experience in handling scientific and administrative tasks.

Selection Process:

Based on a walk-in interview.
