Job Role:

• Acknowledge receipt of the L2 Incident
• Investigate, diagnose, and analyze the L2 Application Incident, including capturing initial definition or description of the L2 Application Incident
• Passion for automation, standardization and best practice
• Work directly with DevOps team, product owner and various key stakeholders.
• Design and implement build, deployment and configuration management applications.
• Automate platform infrastructure provisioning (Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef etc.)., maintenance of production and development environments.
• Good understanding of Linux (and Windows) operating system.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Knowledge in DevSecOps will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket and Jenkins.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, using Jenkins/Digital.ai Release or other similar tools.
• Experience in public cloud providers such as Azure
• Good understanding of IAAS and PAAS
• Application monitoring through operations insights; application insights
• Good understanding of Enterprise Networks; Security and Identity Access Management
• Strong understanding of 24x7 application operations; including Incident Management; Change Management; and Capacity Management
• Must have hands-on UNIX, shell scripting and Groovy experience
