In the latest job notification, Assam PSC announces job vacancies for staff posts in Planning Services under Transformation & Development Department, in reference to No. 56PSC/DR- 5/1/2019-2020.

Under Assam PSC Research Assistant Recruitment 2020, candidates completed Degree in relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of the Preliminary Examination/Screening Examination or/and Main/Written Examination and Interview Test, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited, with salary pay of Rs. 22,000 - 87,000 per month.

Age Limit:

As on 01-01-2019, Candidate age limit should be 21 to 38 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from any recognized University with Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Agricultural Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Business Administration, Business Management, Geography and Commerce as one of the subjects. Preference shall be given to the Honours Graduates.

Selection Process:

On the basis Preliminary Examination/Screening Examination or/and Main/Written Examination and Interview Test.

Application Fee:

General/EWS candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 250 through offline mode

SC/ST/OBC/MOBC applicants Rs 150.
