• Develop and execute test plans and test cases using Cucumber and Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Identify document and track defects and issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Maintain and update automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Perform regression testing to validate the stability of software updates and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to business users.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong understanding of Guidewire ClaimCenter and its functionalities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Cucumber and Selenium for automated testing.
• Have a solid background in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Have experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.
• Be familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
