Role:

• Work with Google Cloud architects to understand use cases, data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Build/implement data pipelines that move data from source systems/databases to target datastores/databases
• Database migration (from source DB in one platform to GCP) and Data Warehouse modernization (legacy DWH to BQ for example)
• Develop and maintain ETL (extract, transform, load) processes 
• Have extensive SQL Skill writing Complex Transformation
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines 
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, with previous experience in direct client interactions.

Desired qualifications:

• Languages (Must have) – Python or Java
• Data Processing (Anyone is must) - Apache Spark or PySpark or Apache Beam
• Experience on following GCP Services (Must have) - Bigquery, Dataflow/Dataproc, Cloud SQL, Workflow/Cloud Composer, GCS, Looker/Looker Studio & Cloud Functions
• Experience on following GCP Services (Good to have) - Pub/Sub, AlloyDB, DataForm/DBT, Datafusion, Bigtable, Terraform, Basics of Networking and Security controls

Any 1 database is must have from below 3 databases:

• Mysql
• Postgres
• SQL Server
