Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, invites applications for seven Young Professionals on a contract basis. The engagement will be for one year, extendable based on performance and requirements.

As per the DGCA Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant disciplines such as Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Law, and Administration are eligible to apply.

The selection process will be based on shortlisting followed by document verification and an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for further steps.

The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs.50,000, with an annual increment of up to 6% based on performance.

Educational Qualifications & Disciplines

• Young Professionals (Analytical & Research Staff – TMU)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or Operations Research.
  • Knowledge of dynamic pricing, yield management, and aviation market dynamics.
  • Experience with statistical tools like R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or Excel.
• Young Professionals (Technical Analyst – TMU)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of IT systems for fare monitoring and automation processes.
• Young Professionals (DFT - Directorate of Flying Training)
  • B.Tech, BSc, or BCA in Computer Science or IT.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Python programming, and database management.
• Young Professionals (Admin Directorate)
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream with 55% marks or equivalent.
  • Experience in data handling, report drafting, and database administration.
• Young Professionals (International Relations & Legal Affairs)
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Experience in legal drafting and civil aviation laws.
  • Knowledge of international air transport regulations and bilateral agreements.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria.
• Document verification and interview.
• Final selection based on merit and interview performance.
