Candidates Should complete 12th/PG Diploma/M.Sc/MBBS/Bachelor's Degree/ANM/B.Sc/M.Phil in relevant subjects from a recognized university/institute.

Gen candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 500 through demand draft.
Reserved candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 300 through demand draft.
