East Central Railway (ECR), one of the Indian Railway Zone with headquarters in Hajipur, announces latest new vacancies for Apprentice posts to fill 1898 Posts.

Announced Apprentice slots by East Central Railway Recruitment Cell are for different divisions/unit under the railway zone jurisdiction.

Under East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2018 job notification, candidates who completed 10^th class or 10 + 2 and ITI in relevant trades are eligible to apply for the announced vacancies.

The Apprentice vacancies are for ECR divisions/units Danapur, Dhanbad, Mughalsarai, Samastipur, Plant Depot/ Mughalsara and Mechanical Workshop/ Samastipur.

Applicants for the desired post will be selected on basis of marks scored in qualifying exam and after document verification.

The selected candidates will be paid stipend during Apprenticeship at the applicable rates as per extant instructions.

Job aspirants have to apply for the ECR Railway Apprenticeship through online mode with last date of receipt being 28-02-2018.

• Danapur: 626 Posts.
•  Dhanbad: 142 Posts.
•  Mughalsarai: 844 Posts.
•  Samastipur: 70 Posts.
•  Plant Depot/ Mughalsarai: 116 Posts.
•  Mechanical Workshop/ Samastipur: 100 Posts.

Age Limit:

As on 30-01-2018, candidate age should be between 15-24 years.

For SC/ ST candidates age relaxation is applicable upto 05 years.

For OBC upper age limit is 3 years.

Education Qualification:

Candidate should completed 10th/12th + ITI in relevant trades from recognized university/institution with minimum qualifying marks. And should posses valid certification.

Selection Process:

Applicants will be finalized on basis of marks scored by the candidate in qualifying exam.

And selected aspirant will be finalized for the posts followed by document verification and medical test.

Application Fee:

Aspirant from have to pay Rs 100 /- through online mode.

No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates.
