Responsibilities:

• Be the primary Incident management – Troubleshoot and resolve all network/Security/F5 related incidents.
• Have experience in maintaining deploying & troubleshooting network and security solutions. 
• Provides technical leadership of networking methodologies and technologies and drive technical standards. 
• Be a resource, consultant and technical leader to internal development, operations and support teams. 
• Organize, review, write and publish technical documentation. 
• Work as part of an agile development team to define, design, develop, test, and implement leading edge networking and security solutions. 
• Contribute to the continuously evolving and improving development processes. 
• Meet engineering design and deliverable deadlines with quality and with little or no supervision.
• Proven experience with Cisco network devices (routers and switches), ASA appliances, Meraki devices, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
• Experience with network upgrade and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Meraki, SD-WAN) are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have worked extensively on Network security products from Cisco/VeloCloud & FortiGate.
• Be well versed in the latest industry best practices around network and security technologies. 
• Have thorough comprehension of protocols including TCP, UDP, FTP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, BGP, etc.
• Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches & ASA/Firepower, FortiGate Firewalls & FortiManager, VeloCloud SDWAN.
• Have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• This role may require occasional off-hours work or on-call support to perform upgrades and maintenance.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing requirements

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in LAN, WAN, SDWAN, F5 Load balancers and Cisco WLAN
• Strong experience in CISCO Network support – Troubleshooting and projects
• Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or similar.
