The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), a leading higher education institute, invites applications for the position of General Manager/Assistant General Manager – Business Development and Corporate Relations, Executive Education. The appointment will be on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, with the possibility of extension.

As per the IIMA Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Postgraduate degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA from a premier institute.

The selection process will be based on merit and will include interviews.

The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level 12/11 under the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix, with additional performance-based incentives or variable pay.

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential Qualification:
  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • MBA from a premier institute is highly desirable.
• Experience:
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships, preferably in education, consulting, or corporate training.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 50 years as of the last date of application.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per GOI rules.
• Additional 5 years’ age relaxation is provided for women candidates.

Salary & Allowances:

• Pay Level 12/11 under the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• Other benefits at par with permanent employees.
• Performance-based incentives or variable pay as per institute policy.
