Under NIELIT Scientist-C & Scientist-D 2022 job notification, candidates who have completed M.Sc/MCA/B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in the relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of the Written Examinations and Interview, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited with salary pay Rs.67,000 to Rs.2,09,200 per month.
