The National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, is inviting applications for the positions of Research Associate (RA) and Project Associate under a time-bound project funded by IBITF, IIT Bhilai, in the Department of Information Technology. These positions are purely temporary and for a duration of two years.
As per the NITK Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates holding qualifications such as Ph.D. in Computer Science/IT/E&C or B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. with First Class in CSE/IT/E&C and relevant experience in security-based projects or quantum computing are eligible to apply.
The selection process for the advertised posts will be based on the candidate's merit and performance in the interview.
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹67,000 + HRA (₹79,060 total) for Research Associate and ₹30,000 + HRA (₹34,800 total) for Project Associate, as per project norms.
