Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, invites applications from Indian nationals for the positions of General Manager (Corporate Strategy) and General Manager (Business Development) in Grade G. These appointments will be on a regular basis.
As per the Oil India Limited Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Postgraduate degree in Geoscience or Economics are eligible to apply. Candidates with a PhD or MBA from reputed institutes will be preferred.
The selection for these positions will be based on a Personal Interview (PI), followed by a Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹1,20,000 and ₹2,80,000, plus HRA and other company benefits.
