In the latest job notification, OPSC, announces job vacancies for Group-A of Odisha Municipal Planning Service under Housing and Urban Development Department, in reference to Advertisement No. 04 OF 2019-20.

Under OPSC Assistant Town Planner Recruitment 2019, candidates completed Degree/PG Degree in relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of Written Examination and Viva Voce Test, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited, with salary pay of Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 per month.

Eligibility Criteria For OPSC Posts:

Name of the posts: Assistant Town Planner.

Age limit:

As on 01-01-2019, Candidate age should be 21 to 32 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

A candidate must be an Associate Member of Institute of Town Planners (India) or have a Bachelor's Degree in Planning or Post Graduate Degree in Planning, from a recognized University.

Selection Process:

On the basis of Written Examination and Viva Voce Test.

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 500 through online mode.

Candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of Odisha and Persons With Disability (whose disability is not less than 40%) are exempted from payment of this fee.
