The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, invites applications for the post of Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance at the School of Skill Education. The appointment is purely on a contractual basis for two years, with an extension subject to performance and institute requirements.

As per the TISS Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance and 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in managing accounts and administration in a large organization are eligible to apply.

The selection for the Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance post will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging between ₹75,000 and ₹80,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Educational Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance
• 10 to 15 years of experience in managing accounts and administration in a large organization

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally and ERP software
• Knowledge of accounting rules, financial regulations, taxation (TDS, GST, etc.), statutory audits, and banking operations
• Experience in budget preparation, purchase order scrutiny, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with General Financial Rules (GFR) and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
