Job description:

To manage the end-to-end process training batch for leading domestic consumer durable client

Must have exposure on conducting soft skills, process/product and system training in a BPO as trainer

Must ensure successful clearance of agents from training phase during a certification

Must have handles more than 10 batches (end-to-end process training)

Must have managed operations and client interactions during training phase

Co-ordinate with various departments for support for successful completion of a batch

Must conduct various refresher on floor basis audit output on a monthly basis

Must conduct quality checks for 0 30 day agents on regular basis
