In the latest job notification, WBHRB announces job vacancies for General Duty Medical Officer posts on a contract basis in reference to Notification No: R/GDMO/6/2025.

In accordance with the WBHRB Recruitment General Duty Medical Officer Job Notification 2025, WBHRB has announced vacancies for candidates who have completed MBBS in relevant fields are eligible to apply.

The final selection of applicants for the desired post will be based Written Examination or Computer Based Test (CBT), and an interview

The selected candidate will be engaged with a monthly salary of Rs.56,100.

General Duty Medical Officer.

Age Limit:

Not more than 36 Years on the 1st day of January of the year of the Advertisement for ordinary medical graduates and 40  Years for those possessing postgraduate qualifications, relaxable for 2 (two) years for otherwise well-qualified and experienced candidates;

Application Fee:

For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: Nil

For all other candidates: Rs.210

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who have completed MBBS in the relevant subjects can apply.

Selection Process:

Based on the Written Examination or Computer-Based Test (CBT), and an interview.
