The Airports Authority of India (AAI), Regional Headquarters (Western Region), Mumbai, invites applications for the position of Junior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) on a contractual basis for a tenure of one year.

As per the AAI Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Postgraduate degree in Psychology and relevant work experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the Junior Consultant post will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹50,000 as per project norms.

Educational Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology with some clinical exposure
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or organizational setting
  • OR Two years of experience as a Psychologist in any of the IAF Boarding Centres
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • M.A. or M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with RCI License
  • Minimum two years of experience as an Aviation Psychologist

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 65 years as of 18-03-2025
