Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) Teaching Assistant 2025 Job Notification | MA/B.V.Sc./M.V.Sc. | Walk-in

Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), Agricultural College, Naira, invites applications for Teaching Assistant positions in English and LSPM disciplines on an hourly basis. These appointments are purely temporary for a period of 11 months.

As per the ANGRAU Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with MA (English), B.V.Sc., or M.V.Sc. from ICAR-accredited universities can apply. Preference is given to those with NET qualifications and teaching experience.

The selection process for these positions will be based on merit and conducted through a walk-in interview.

Selected candidates will receive remuneration of ₹750 per hour, subject to a maximum of ₹27,000 per month.

• Teaching Assistant (English) – 1 Post
• Teaching Assistant (LSPM) – 1 Post

Educational Qualifications:

• Teaching Assistant (English):
  • MA (English) with a basic degree and good experience.
• Teaching Assistant (LSPM):
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.V.Sc.) of 5 years from ICAR-accredited universities.
  • Master’s Degree (M.V.Sc.) from ICAR-accredited universities.
  • Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with a 3-year bachelor’s degree and 2-year master’s degree must have NET qualifications.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in the relevant subject from ICAR-accredited universities.
• Experience in UG/PG teaching, research, and extension activities.
• Publications in peer-reviewed (NAAS rated)/Scopus indexed/Web of Science/UGC CARE listed journals.
