The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), an autonomous body under the Department of Defence R&D, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications for the posts of Senior Admin Officer Gr-I and Senior Maintenance Officer Gr-I on a deputation basis. The appointments are for an initial term of three years.

As per the ADA Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates currently holding analogous posts or having three years of regular service in Level-10 and possessing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through an evaluation of qualifications, experience, and administrative procedures.

The selected candidates will be governed by ADA's rules and will receive a salary as per Pay Level-11, along with allowances and benefits as per Central Government norms.

Educational Qualifications

Senior Admin Officer Gr-I

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department OR
  • Officers with three years of regular service in Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) in the pay matrix.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Must be proficient in administration, personnel management, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with CCS (Conduct) and CCS (CCA) Rules, drafting, liaison work, RTI replies, audit queries, and coordination of committee meetings.

Senior Maintenance Officer Gr-I (Civil Works & Services)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department OR
  • Officers with three years of regular service in Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) in the pay matrix.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Expertise in land acquisition, estate management, maintenance of civil infrastructure, contracts, and arbitration.
  • Familiarity with municipality bye-laws, civil works supervision, cost estimation, and coordination with architects/consultants.
