Officers holding post of stenographer under the Central Government or State Government or UTs or Public Sector undertaking or recognized research institute or Universities or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisation, holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with ten years regular service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Level – 4 (Rs. 25500- Rs. 81100) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
