Educational Qualification:

Should complete B.sc/GNM/D.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Pharm in relevant medical subjects from recognized university/institute.

GEN candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500 through Demand Draft.

SC/ST candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 200 through Demand Draft.

PH candidates are exempted.
