Assam State Police announced new recruitment notification to fill Constable posts in Assam Industrial Security Force from SPOs (Special Police Officers).

Under Assam Police Recruitment 2018 Constable job notification, candidates who performed duties of SPO and completed minimum education qualification of 08^th class are eligible to apply for the post.

Job applicants for the Constable vacancies will be selected based on Physical & Written test.

Age Limit: As on 1st July of 2017, candidate should have Min 18 Years & Max 40 years (i.e. the candidate must be born on or before 01.07.1999 and after 01.07.1977). For applicants from reserved category can avail age relaxation of 5 years.

Education Qualification:  Candidate should complete Class VIII passed from a recognized School/Institution.

Selection Process: Final candidates for Assam Constable posts will be selected on merit basis. Followed by screening of applications, candidates have to take Physical Test, selected applicants in the test need to take Written Test. Upon completion of two tests .

Final candidate for the post will be selected on max scores they achieved, that calculated based on standards procedure as mentioned in job notification.

Application Fee:  General candidates have to pay Rs. 250/-. For candidates from reserved and other categories are exempted to pay the application fee.
