BEL Optronic Devices Limited (BELOP), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has announced Fixed Term Engineer vacancies for its Aviation Hoses Manufacturing Project at Bhosari, Pune.
As per the BELOP Recruitment 2025 Notification, engineering graduates with a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Material Science and relevant industrial experience can apply for Process Engineer and Laboratory Engineer posts.
The engagement will be on a fixed-term basis for a period of four years, and the selection will be done through a written test followed by an interview as per BELOP norms.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹1,20,000, plus HRA, perquisites and other benefits as per the company’s rules.

Candidates should have secured at least 55% marks in BE/B.Tech for General/EWS/OBC categories, while pass class is acceptable for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Academic, teaching, research, internship or project work experience will not be counted as industrial experience.

Salary & Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹1,20,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 30,000–3%–1,20,000. In addition to the basic pay, they will be entitled to Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of basic pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Mediclaim insurance, Provident Fund and other benefits as per the company rules for Fixed Term Engineers.
Selection Process
The selection process for BELOP Fixed Term Engineer posts will consist of a written test followed by an interview. The written test will be conducted at Pimpri-Chinchwad/Pune. Only those candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the written test, and based on performance and merit, shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The list of shortlisted and finally selected candidates will be published on the company’s website and communicated by email.
