Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna category Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications for 22 Deputy Engineer (E-II) posts on a fixed-term basis for 5 years at its Pune Unit/Nagpur Location.

As per the BEL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a BE/B.Tech/AMIE/GIETE degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering with First Class (GEN/OBC/EWS) or Pass Class (SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university are eligible to apply.

The selection process will involve a written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, along with allowances and benefits. The approximate CTC is ₹11.84 LPA.

Educational Qualifications

• Electronics: BE/B.Tech/AMIE/GIETE in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Mechanical: BE/B.Tech/AMIE/GIETE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Civil: BE/B.Tech/AMIE/GIETE in Civil Engineering.
• Electrical: BE/B.Tech/AMIE/GIETE in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Age Limit (As on 01-01-2025)

• General/EWS: 28 years
• OBC (NCL): 31 years (3-year relaxation)
• SC/ST: 33 years (5-year relaxation)
• PwBD: 10-year relaxation (additional to category relaxation)

Remuneration & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000-3%-1,40,000.
• CTC: Approx. ₹11.84 LPA.
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% Perquisites, PRP, Group Insurance, Medical Facilities, Provident Fund.

Selection Process

• Written Test: 85 marks (Technical & General Aptitude).
• Interview: 15 marks (for candidates who qualify written test, ratio 1:5).
• Qualifying Marks: 35% (GEN/OBC/EWS), 30% (SC/ST/PwBD).

Job Responsibilities

• Electronics: PCB testing, Functional testing, Network maintenance, RFID tagging, Quality Control.
• Mechanical: Assembly, Fabrication, Design validation, Maintenance.
• Civil: Project supervision, Compliance, Drawing preparation.
• Electrical: Power distribution, Site supervision, Installation.
