In the latest job notification, CMDA announces job vacancies for Urban Designer, Senior Architect, Town Planner and Architect posts on a contract basis.

Under the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority(CMDA) Urban Designer, Senior Architect, Town Planner, and Architect 2020 Job Notification, candidates completed PG in relevant subjects can apply.

Selection will be based on either Written Test/Interview.

Interested and qualified candidates have to apply through online or offline mode, on or before 15-03-2020.

Town Planner: 3

Architect: 3

Educational Qualification:

Urban Designer: Registered Architect with a Master’s Degree in Urban Design with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in Master Planning/Community Planning works.

Senior Architect: Registered Architect with a Master’s Degree in Town Planning with a minimum of 10 years experience in similar projects.

Town Planner: Master’s Degree in Town Planning with GIS knowledge and a minimum of 3 years experience in similar projects.

Architect: Registered Architect with at least 2 years experience in any Urban Design studio.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on either Written Test/Interview.
