• Provide day-to-day operational support for the Endpoint Security/EDR Solution Service.
• Expert-level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.
• The candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy.
• Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on-demand basis.
• Very good Understanding for Endpoint Logs to investigate any incidents happening

Technical Experience:

• Expert level experience with deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more major Endpoint Security Products, For example:, TrendMicro DSM, MS Defender ATP, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Symantec etc.
• Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures
