Chennai Petroleum Corporation (CPCL) a state-funded refinery announced job notification to fill Trade Apprentices posts.

Under CPCL Recruitment 2017 Trade Apprentices notification released on 12^th Nov’17, the oil company is looking to fill 108 vacancies for Apprentice posts in various trades.

Candidates who scored good marks in ITI and Degree for relevant posts announced in the job notification is eligible to apply for the vacancies.

Eligible candidates for the posts will be selected based on merit, of scores received in ITI trades / Degree and upon job applicant moved through selection criteria, he/she will be subject to the verification of certificates of the short listed candidates and their medically fitness.

Selected candidates will undergo training of upto 18 months depending on relevant/respective trades, and will receive stipend of Rs 8625/- monthly.

Age Limit: Candidate applying for the above posts should be between age 18-24 years as on 01.11.2017. And as for candidates from reserved category and from PWD age relaxation of upto 15 years is applicable.

Education Qualification: Relevancy of education qualification changes for different posts. Candidate should posses ITI or relevant Degree certificate for as requirement varies with dependency on particular posts.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates for Trade Apprentices in Chennai Petroleum Corporation, is selected on merit-basis by calculating score from ITI trades / Degree for respective Trade post. And followed by certificate verification and medical fitness candidate will be finally selected for the desired post.
