The CSIR-Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (CSIR-IMMT), Bhubaneswar, invites applications for its Summer Internship Programme (May-July 2025). The internship is open to Indian nationals pursuing B.Tech., Integrated M.Sc., Integrated M.Tech., M.Sc., M.S., MCA, or M.Tech. in relevant disciplines. The internship is offered under various engineering and science domains, providing students with hands-on research experience.

As per the CSIR-IMMT Summer Internship 2025 Notification, candidates from Engineering Science disciplines (Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Materials, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Minerals) and General Science disciplines (Chemistry, Environment, Geology, Life Science, Physics) are eligible to apply.

The selection for the internship will be based on merit, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified for further processing.

The selected candidates will undergo research training under expert guidance at CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar, for a minimum duration of 8 weeks during the summer session.

Interested and eligible candidates must submit their hard copy application to the designated address before March 28, 2025. Additionally, they must fill out and submit the Google Form provided in the notification. Both submissions (hard copy and Google Form) are mandatory. Results will be declared in the 2nd-3rd week of April 2025.
