Job Description:

• Substantive 4+ experience providing database administration services in the following environments – SQL 2012,2014,2016,2019 Databases on HA configuration
• Expert knowledge in RDBMS system and strong troubleshooting skills and Problem Resolution.
• Includes knowledge to perform Remote software installations, upgrades and apply patches, silent installations.
• Implementing Backup Solutions  and recovery strategies
• Knowledge on HA environment – AOAG,HA,Clustering
• Knowledge of virtualization and Cloud computing.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NFS, TCP/IP and networking services.
• Good knowledge of Database security issues and ability to design and implement security measures.
• Experience in disaster recovery solutions and testing.
• Knowledge on Performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Extensive Knowledge of T-SQL, shell/Perl Scripting and kernel Parameters.
• Familiarity with Middle tier - applications servers, web servers
• Experience in patching activity 
• Required ITIL process for Incident and Change management, Problem management

Qualification:

• Work Experience: 4Yrs – 6 Yrs
• 2012,2014,2016,2019 RDBMS Database Administration
• Knowledge SQL HA, Active DR, Performance Tuning
• ITIL and Azure, AWS Certification is preferable 
• Knowledge on other RDMS technologies desired.
• Knowledge a Multiple vendor Cloud technologies - OCI / AZURE / AWS / GCP.
