Responsibilities:

• Best practices for code modularization, versioning, parameterization and reusability of codebases
• Experience in SDLC process used tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins etc.
• Worked on templates to deploy and manage infrastructure as a code on AWS. 
• Designed, developed and maintained infrastructure as a code 9IaC) using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) in Python language.
• Leveraged CDK constructs to simplify the provisioning of complex AWS resources reducing time and enhancing code reusability.
• Created custom CDK constructs to reuse them in different projects.
• Implemented CI/CD pipelines using AWS CDK to automate the deployment of infrastructure.
• Integrated Code quality checks like SonarQube, OSS Scan, Prisma scan into CI/CD pipelines to automatically analyse code quality and finding the vulnerabilities in the code.
•  Integrated CDK Nag into AWS CDK to perform static analysis of CDK-generated cloudformation templates to ensure compliance with AWS best practices for security.
• Experience with troubleshooting, monitoring, and logging of deployment process.
• Research new technologies or approaches that will improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Automation of operational activities and tasks
• Experience in maintaining code repository and good knowledge in branching strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud services (AWS) and hands-on experience securing cloud services
• Strong understanding of system security and data protection
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Experience in building CI/CD Pipelines, Code Repositories, Test Plans, Artifacts and Agents and integration with third party tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and developing fully automating scalable CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, from code commits to production for AWS resources like IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services and Docker based deployments.
• Experience in Security defined deployment process and Infrastructure provisioning in cloud
• Experience in Automating the Infrastructure provisioning using CloudFormation/Terraform/ shell/ ARM /yaml etc.
• Good communication skills
• Strong Python coding experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge/Experience in deploying and monitoring web applications in Azure/AWS /GCP.
• Knowledge in systems reliability, load balancing
• Knowledge in administering and performance tuning of application stacks, such as Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX, and others.
• Knowledge with High Availability and Disaster Recovery principles, patterns, and usage
