Responsibilities:

• The Developer is responsible for coding the automation process components as per the Technical Design Document.
• Develop and configure the automation of processes as per the ‘Technical Design Document’ to meet the defined requirements
• Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• The Developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, ensuring configuration control is maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with Test teams during the system test and UAT phases to fix assigned defects.
• Develop with a deep understanding of AGILE development and principles.
• Proactive and quick to deliver tasks at high quality.
• Experience and a good understanding of Selenium framework, Java Programming, and Workfusion SPA.

Skills:

• Expertise in multiple software systems design tools and languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Designing software systems running on multiple platform types.
• Software systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging and testing scripts and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at management levels.
• Extensive experience in Workfusion RPA and ML, Selenium, and Java Impact/Scope.
• Collaborates with peers, technical and account leaders, and external and internal sales partners.
• Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers, and Program Core Teams.
