IBPS Specialist Officers 2017 Notification - The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in a latest announcement released IBPS Recruitment 2017 Notification to fill 1315 Specialist Officer Posts in various partner organizations, periodically in between in December 2017 & January 2018.

IBPS, which is a govt. body formed with a sole purpose to undertake recruitment process in Public Sector Banks (PSBs) has on Oct 27^th 2017 released IBPS Specialist Officers 2017 Notification to fill various positions in PSBs include Allahabad Bank, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, Syndicate Bank, Andhra Bank , Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, UCO Bank, Bank of Baroda, Corporation Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Union Bank of India, Bank of India, Dena Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, IDBI Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank and Vijaya Bank.

The Specialist Officers with various posts will be filled through Common Recruitment Process (CRP), by conducting online examination (Preliminary & Mains) in English & Hindi.

Age Limit: Min: 20 years & Max: 30 years as on 01-11-2017. And age relaxation of Upto 10 years is applicable for candidates eligible under announced categories SC/ ST, OBC & PWD.

Education Qualification:

For Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I):

4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri.Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry/Forestry/Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering.

For Marketing Officer (Scale I):

Graduate and Two Years Full time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing. (Refer Notification Link Below For Details).

For I.T. Officer (Scale – I):

• a) 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation

OR

• b) Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications.

OR

Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.

For Law Officer (Scale I): A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.

For HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law. (Refer Notification Link Below For Details).

For Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I):

Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level

OR

Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.

Selection Process:  Online examination with Prelims and Mains, and followed by Interview. Based on aggregate score of the exam and interview marks, candidates will be provisionally selected for the posts.

Application Fee: Eligible candidates from SC/ ST/ PWD required to pay only Rs 100 and as for other candidates need to pay Rs 600/- through declared Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS and among other internet payment channels for the application fee for IBPS Special Officers posts.
