ICMR-NIMR Senior Consultant & Consultant 2025 Job Notification | M.Sc/B.Tech/BE/MCA/MPH/B.Pharma/BAMS/BSMS | Walk-in
ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR), under the Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, invites applications for Senior Consultant (Non-Medical) and Consultant (Non-Medical) positions on a contractual basis for the project "National Plan of Climate Change and Human Health."
As per the NIMR Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines along with ten years of experience are eligible to apply. Retired government employees with the required qualifications and experience can also apply.
The selection process will be based on a walk-in interview scheduled on 10-02-2025 at ICMR-NIMR, Dwarka, New Delhi. If the number of applicants exceeds 30, a written test will be conducted for shortlisting.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs.70,000 - Rs.1,00,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Senior Consultant (Non-Medical)
- Vacancies: 1 (UR)
- Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month
- Essential Qualification:
- Professionals with at least ten years of experience in their field.
- Minimum qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech/BE/MCA/MPH/B.Pharma/BAMS/BSMS/MD in AYUSH or an equivalent qualification.
- PhD holders will be considered to have four years of experience.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in vector-borne diseases or climate change projects.
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Project planning, execution, and coordination experience.
- Maximum Age: 70 years
Consultant (Non-Medical)
- Vacancies: 1 (UR)
- Salary: ₹70,000 per month
- Essential Qualification:
- Professionals with at least ten years of experience in their field.
- Minimum qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech/BE/MCA/MPH/B.Pharma/BAMS/BSMS/MD in AYUSH or an equivalent qualification.
- PhD holders will be considered to have four years of experience.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in climate change, vector-borne diseases, and drafting SOPs.
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Maximum Age: 70 years
Selection Process
- Walk-in interview on 10-02-2025.
- Document verification starts at 9:30 AM.
- If there are more than 30 candidates, a written test will be conducted before shortlisting for the interview.
