The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), an autonomous organization under the Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, invites applications for the position of Scientist-F (Non-Medical) at the Division of Innovation and Translation Research (ITR), ICMR Headquarters, New Delhi. The appointment will be on a regular basis under direct recruitment with an all-India transfer liability.

As per the ICMR Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Master’s degree and PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics/Medical Genetics, or Immunology, along with 12 years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) management, technology transfer, and innovation management in healthcare/medical technologies, are eligible to apply.

The selection process will involve shortlisting based on eligibility criteria, followed by an interview.

The selected candidate will receive a salary in Level 13A of the Pay Matrix (₹1,31,100 – ₹2,16,600), along with other allowances as per ICMR norms.
