The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), a premier B-School under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, invites applications for the post of Corporate Relations & Placement Coordinator on a contractual basis for its Kakinada Campus.

As per the IIFT Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications in MBA, PGDBM, or MA (Economics) from a recognized institution/university with a minimum of 50% marks and relevant work experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired post will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging between ₹1,00,000 and ₹1,50,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDBM/MA (Economics) from a recognized institution/university with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience:
  • At least five years of experience as a Placement Officer/Manager in an institute of national importance or a premier business school with a strong corporate network.
  • OR
  • At least seven years of experience as an HR/Marketing Head or a senior HR executive with a prestigious corporate brand, possessing strong industry connections for talent acquisition and campus placements.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Willingness to travel extensively for corporate networking.
  • Membership in reputed HR networking bodies.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Strong corporate networking with top executives of major business organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with industry professionals.

Age Limit:

• Not exceeding 55 years as of the last date of application submission.
