The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) has released a job notification inviting online applications for Junior Executive posts to support its academic, training and administrative activities at its offices.
As per the IIBF Recruitment 2025 Notification for Junior Executive posts, candidates who have completed a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognised university are eligible to apply.
The selection process will consist of an online examination followed by a personal interview for shortlisted candidates.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹40400 and ₹130400, plus HRA, as per the notification.
Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications online through the official portal from 28-11-2025 to 12-12-2025, as per the instructions given in the notification.

Educational Qualifications

Salary Details

| Leased Accommodation | Reimbursement of leased accommodation rent in lieu of HRA up to ₹20000 per month at Mumbai and Delhi, and up to ₹18000 per month at other centres, subject to institute rules and conditions. |
| Other Conditions | If the selected candidate or spouse owns a house/flat at the place of posting or makes own stay arrangements, leased accommodation reimbursement will not be admissible. |
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the above pay scale along with admissible allowances and benefits as per IIBF rules.
Selection Process
The selection process for IIBF Junior Executive posts will consist of an online examination followed by a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the online test and subsequent interview based on the Institute’s shortlisting criteria.
The online examination will include tests in Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (with special reference to banking) and Computer Knowledge, with objective-type questions and negative marking for wrong answers.
Steps to Apply
- Visit the official website of IIBF and go to the “Careers” section to open the Junior Executive recruitment notification.
- Click on the “Apply Online” link, which will redirect you to the official IBPS application page for IIBF recruitment.
- Click on “New Registration” and enter your basic details to obtain your provisional registration number and password.
- Log in using the registration number and password, fill in all required personal, educational and other details, and verify them using the preview option.
- Scan and upload your photograph, live photo (as required), signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the prescribed format and file sizes.
- Proceed to pay the application fee online using the available payment options and ensure successful generation of the e-receipt and completed application form.
- Submit the final application after confirming all details and take a printout of the e-receipt and system-generated application form for future reference.
