The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), a premier B-School under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, invites applications for the engagement of Consultants in IQAC, Administration, and HR divisions on a contractual basis at its New Delhi campus. The engagement is for a fixed tenure of up to three years, renewable annually, based on performance and institutional requirements.

As per the IIFT Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Postgraduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in higher educational institutions, autonomous bodies, or government organizations are eligible to apply.

The selection process will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging between ₹1,00,000 and ₹1,30,000, plus HRA, depending on experience and qualifications.

Educational Qualifications:

Consultant (IQAC)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in a similar position in a reputed higher education institute.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Academic writing, knowledge of computer applications, experience in quality assurance, accreditation, and research coordination.

Consultant (Admin.)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in Central/State Govt. institutions, autonomous bodies, or reputed universities handling recruitment, service matters, and administrative functions.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of procurement, regulatory compliance, office procedures, and contract management.

Consultant (HR)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in HR administration at the Assistant Registrar level or above in Central/State Govt. institutions, autonomous bodies, or universities.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in recruitment, promotions, service matters, legal compliance, and establishment procedures.
