Under Indian Navy Recruitment 2017 Staff Nurse MTS & Other Posts job notification, the navy is looking for candidates to fill various vacancies for posts include Staff Nurse, Swimming Instructor, Telephone operator, Fire Engine Driver, Fireman, Cook, Safaiwala (MTS Ministerial), Peon (MTS Ministerial), Chowkidar (MTS Ministerial), Pest Control Worker (MTS Ministerial) and Tyreman posts.

Age Limit: Upper age limit for above posts is 56 years.
Educational Qualification:
i) For MTS Ministerial category posts candidate should be passed in 10th class or equivalent.
ii) For Tyreman, job applicant should pass in 10th class or he/she should have 2 years experience in the trade.
iii) For Staff Nurse, candidate should completed 10th class or equivalent and has a certificate of training in an approved hospital as a nurse.
iv) For Telephone Operator, person should 10th passed or equivalent and proficiency in the handling of PBX (Private Branch Exchange) Board.
v) For Cook: job applicant should pass in 10th class, and should have one year experience in the trade.
Important Dates:
Last date applying for the above posts is on or before January 2, 2018. And receipt of last date application is relaxed for candidates from far-flung areas, which is extended to till January 9, 2018.
