National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, Assam, invites applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the DST/PCPM/NSTMIS-sponsored project titled "An Impact Assessment of Scheme for Facilitating Start-ups Intellectual Property Protection (SIPP) in Promoting Entrepreneurship and Innovation in India." The appointment is purely on a temporary basis.

In accordance with the NIT Silchar Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with NET qualifications and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Intellectual Property Rights, or equivalent specializations are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired post will be based on merit, determined through an interview conducted in online/offline mode.

The selected candidate will receive a monthly consolidated salary of Rs.31000 (excluding Travel Allowance).
