National Hydroelectric Power Corporation(NHPC) Limited, a premier Government of India Navratna Enterprise, invites applications for the positions of Medical Officer and Field Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) on a fixed tenure basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two additional years based on performance and project requirements.

In accordance with the NHPC Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with MBBS, B.Tech, or equivalent degrees in relevant disciplines and specified work experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through a personal interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary of Rs.100000.

Eligibility Criteria for NHPC Medical Officer and Field Engineers Posts:

Total Vacancies: 16

Name of the Posts

• Medical Officer: 4 Posts
• Field Engineer (Civil): 6 Posts
• Field Engineer (Electrical): 3 Posts
• Field Engineer (Mechanical): 3 Posts

Age Limit

• Medical Officer: Maximum 35 years
• Field Engineers: Maximum 30 years
• Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

Educational Qualifications

• Medical Officer:
  • MBBS with valid registration.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-internship experience.
• Field Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical):
  • Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. (Engineering) in relevant disciplines with at least 60% marks.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
