The National Institute of Technology, Raipur (NIT Raipur), invites applications for the position of Research Fellow under an Industrial Consultancy Project sponsored by Vedanta Aluminium Limited, Jharsuguda. The appointment is purely temporary for six months.
As per the NIT Raipur Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Ph.D. in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Production or other relevant engineering branches or an M.Tech degree with a minimum of five years of research experience are eligible to apply.
The selection for the Research Fellow position will be based on an interview, assessing the candidate’s academic and research credentials.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship of ₹50,000 per month as per project norms.
