For Specialists/GDMOs other than retired Medical Executives of CIL/Subsidiaries and other PSUs/Government Organizations, minimum 07 years' experience in the concerned specialization is required for Consultant (Medical Specialist). |
| Consultant (GDMO) | MBBS from a recognized Institute/College approved by Medical Council of India. For Specialists/GDMOs other than retired Medical Executives of CIL/Subsidiaries and other PSUs/Government Organizations, minimum 03 years' experience as GDMO is required for Consultant (GDMO). |
| Retired Medical Executives of CIL/Subsidiaries and other PSUs/Government Organisations | Retired Medical Specialists, retired GDMOs with specialization qualifications and retired GDMOs are eligible subject to the prescribed criteria. Candidates should have obtained minimum 'Good' ratings in the last 5 years of service, should not have been awarded any punishment under CDA Rules of the Company in the last 5 years of service, and should not have been involved in any corruption, illegal gratification or criminal case during the entire service period and post-retirement. For Consultant (Medical Specialist), minimum 15 years' experience in the concerned specialization is required, supported by self-declaration. |
