In the latest job notification, NTPC CPSE announces job vacancies for Engineer posts in various disciplines for Shift Operation of Thermal Power Plant, in reference to Advt. No. 02/19.

Under NTPC Engineer Recruitment 2019, candidates completed B.E/B.Tech in relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of online screening/ selection test and interview, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited, with salary pay Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria For NTPC Posts:

Name of the posts: Engineer.

Electrical: 75 (UR-37, OBC-21, SC-11, ST-06)

Mechanical: 76 (UR-39, OBC-21, SC-11, ST-05)

Electronics: 26 (UR-13, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-02)

Instrumentation: 26 (UR-13, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-02)

Age limit:

As on 26.08.2019, Candidate maximum age limit should be 30 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics/ Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/ + Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Executive and I or Supervisory cadre in a relevant area.

Selection Process:

On the basis of online screening/ selection test and interview.

Application Fee:

General/OBC category candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 300.

The SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category candidates need not pay the registration fee.
